Free Microsoft Windows 7 Icons

Window 7 Professional is changing desktop icon to a default. Been searching for a fix and been unsuccessful. Microsoft Fixit doesn't work either. Gone to program folders and icon is changed there also. Rebuilt and deleted icon cache, no help. Properties will not allow change of the icons.

Not all icons are changed to default, tried to go to program folder and send shortcut back to desktop but the folder icon is also default. Anyone having problems with Windows 7 changing their icons?
