I can save/export as RTF and as TXT files without a problem. I do have FTM 2010 and it won’t load either. I haven’t updated over the years because the new programs are too unfriendly. I like version 16 the best because the screens are not “cluttered.” with all kinds of information. I use FTM mainly as storage of information. I do not connect to the internet with it.
