Hi, Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. Lets perform System Restore and check. Windows 10's System Restore tool lets you do is revert to a previous software, registry, and driver configuration, called a restore point. Its like 'undoing' the last major change to Windows 10. F you are using a desktop right-click on the Start Button and then click System, but if you are using a touch device Touch System and Security within Control Panel then in the System and Security window that's now open, touch System. 2. On the left, click or touch the System protection. From the System Properties window that appeared, click or touch the System Restore.

From the System Restore window choose a different restore point then click next. Select the restore point you want to use from those in the list then click next. Confirm the restore point you want to use then tap or click the Finish.

This tutorial explains how to enable BitLocker Drive Encryption in Windows 10. It uses AES-256 algorithm to encrypt complete volumes to secure digital data.

Tap or click yes to the once started, 'System Restore cannot be interrupted'. Do you want to continue?.and be sure to close anything you might have running Let us know if this helps or post back if you need further assistance, we will be glad to help. When 8' tablets with Win 8 hit the market two years ago with the new connected standby feature Microsoft decided to include BitLocker even in the Windows Home Edition for that type of device. Popular tablets were Dell Venue 8 Pro, ASUS Transformer Book T100, etc. All these tablets were shipped with the BitLocker feature - same scenario for my Toshiba Encore WT8-A64! When i clean install my Toshiba tablet based on a Win 10 build 10240 Home ISO then BitLocker is still included, with Win 10 TH2 (1551) Home it's gone.

Maybe Microsoft decided to exclude BitLocker for small tablets in Win 10 TH2 - but then it would be good to let all the users know that this functionality disappears with upgrading to Win 10 TH2!!! Finally I was able to solve the problem with a clean Installation of the current ISO of the Win 10 TH2 1511 build. After Microsoft revoked the first release of build 1511 ISO Image due to problems with overwriting security settings, stuck installation processes with SD-Cards etc. It was published again by Microsoft for download with the Media Creation tool. This current ISO of Win10 TH2 re-enabled the BitLocker functionality on my tablet even in the Win10 Home Edition and now my tablet data is hardware-encrypted und secure for mobile use - again!
